• Conference registration includes morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunch on the days with full-day symposia.

• Except for the 1-day registration, also included are 1 ticket each for the Welcome Reception, Botanical Garden, Conference Dinner.

At the time of writing, $100 CAD corresponded to approximately $78 US / 65 Euro / 8700 Yen. These numbers will not be updated regularly and no guarantee whatsoever is given for these values to be accurate.

Social Activities

Full Conference registration includes 1 ticket each for the Welcome Reception, Botanical Garden, and Conference Dinner.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy 
If you need to cancel your registration, refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat by July 9, 2018.

All refunds will only be issued after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 9, 2018, but transfers are possible with permission of the Secretariat.
